My review of this
this line (my must-haves and
what you can skip)...
Have you tried the
NeoGenesis line?
When I first heard of
this line I ordered a couple
of samples and tried them.
Hmm...OK, but
nothing amazing. I kind
of thought they were a
little over-hyped and I
chose to continue using some
other lines I really liked
even thought I did like the
stem cell properties they
had.
Then a fellow
Esty had a bottle of the
NeoGenesis Recovery and the
box was damaged. She gave it
to me and told me to give it
another try. She said she'd
seen some pretty great
results on clients.
It was a freebie, so
what the heck?
I
started to use it after my
microneedling and after a
laser treatment I had to
remove a birthmark. It
seemed to help repair my
skin and soothe it quicker.
I used it on clients who had
more in-depth procedures and
it did seem to help them
recover almost
"miraculously" fast.
Then I did a fairly intense
peel series and this is when
I really came to the line
(or at least that product).
This is a product for you if
you have peels and do more
intense treatments for your
skin. This stuff cuts the
repair time significantly.
After that I added the
Booster and really saw my
skin get brighter and more
toned overall. I then added
the Skin Serum.
BOOSTER REVIEW:
You can use this with the
Skin Serum to really pump up
your results or use one or
the other. If you have the
Skin Serum, you really don't
need it; however it does
help to "boost" the results.
You can drop some into the
moisturizer to enhance it,
too!
I decided to use
the full-sized products and
give them a fair shake: Eye
serum, body cream and enzyme
mask.
After a full
use I can share my thoughts:
A few of these have sold me!
THE BEST
DAILIES: The best
daily-use products in this
line (in my opinion):
Eye serum,
Skin serum and/or Booster.
BEST WEEKLY USE:
Recovery (if needed) and the
enzyme mask.
However, I still use the
vitamin K products
(Expurtise) under my eyes
(dark circles are really
helped by this ingredient).
I like the natural
components of the Expurtise
line and I tend to use this
during the day (it has a
nice line-relaxer in it) and
the NeoGenesis at night.
As far as the body
product, it's good but I
find adding a few drops of
the
Booster or Skin serum in my
organic body lotion or body
oil is a great option (same
goes for adding in a little
of your favorite retinol a
couple of times a week).
I do like the hydrating
face mist (especially for
refreshing my face after a
workout or before adding
makeup). It's not a
must-have, but nice.
As far as the face
moisturizers, again, I like
to add the Booster or
Skin serum
or even the Recovery to my
other preferred oil or
SupremeFirm serum.
After all, there is only so
much space on my bathroom
counter and I can only use
so many products!
Overall
NeoGENESIS review:
I am loving the real
visible results I'm getting
with both the Sculplla line
and the NeoGenesis products.
I have to see REAL RESULTS,
or I'm out.
What does Sculplla
do? What does NeoGenesis do?
They do different things:
Sculplla
builds collagen, brightens
and plumps. NeoGenesis
repairs, smooths and
protects and regenerates
your skin.
In the
NeoGenesis line:
Keep: Recovery,
Booster and/or Skin Serum,
Eye Serum, Enzyme Mask Nice but not
essential (to me):
Body lotion, Moisturizing
mist
With my
mainstays (CAVI, Sculplla
Mist, SupremeFirm serum,
Marula oil, ExPurtise eye
cream and retinol) I've
added the NeoGenesis and I
have a good basic kit. br>
Adding the PLLA masks
(and a little extra here and
there) is helping me
maintain my (well over
50-year-old) skin.
I
don't use them together. I
am big believer in using
only one treatment product
at a time (I feel it
"confuses" skin to do too
much at once). Plus, keeping
the lines separate tends to
keep my somewhat sensitive
skin calm and less red and
they can do what they are
meant to do.
BEST PRODUCTS FOR
PLUMPING - FIRMING - TONING
- LIFTING - BRIGHTENING:
My issues:
• Trying to
keep my cheeks
plump/lifted/collagen boost
(TMP +
microcurrent
+ CAVI + PLLA)
•
Fighting under eye
darkness/hollows/broken
capillaires (NeoGenesis +
Expurtise)br> ••
Dryness/crepey -I live in
the desert!- (Marula oil,
SupremeFirm serum,
glycolic acid or enzyme
peel)
•
Evening/brightening skin
tone -I'm fair and I get
blotchy plus sun spots are
appearing from those "baby
oil days" in my 20s - (LED
red light and retinol)
Your issues are
likely a little different.
I share this to let
you know what I've learned
actually works. If you need
something different, you
likely have your own "guinea
pig" experiments going!
